I'm new to AR but just wanted to introduce myself to all of you. I am a Real Estate Professional at Coldwell Banker Gundaker in O'Fallon, Missouri. I have been a Realtor for 3 1/2 years. Prior to that, I worked with my daughter as a mortgage loan processor. We contracted out our services to several brokers. My daughter started the business and taught me everything I know. When business slowed down I gave her my half of the business and went into real estate.
Speaking of my daughter, I am the proud grandmother of 4 little ones from the ages of 11 down to 3 years old. I have 3 granddaughters and 1 grandson, Shannon (11), Laura (9), Holly (7) and David (3). I am really blessed to have such wonderful grandchildren. On the other side of the family, my husband, Dutch, has a son with two sons of his own. My oldest grandson, Jason, is a Marine. He was seriously wounded in Iraq last Thanksgiving. We are so proud of him. He is my hero and has given so much of himself for all of us in America. He is doing pretty well now but does have some lasting nerve damage in his arm and his face. We are very lucky he is still with us. My other grandson graduated from high school a couple of years ago and is going to school. They all live in Arizona so we are unable to see them as often as we would like but very blessed.
I look forward to becoming active on AR but have so much to learn. It takes a lot of time and I will try to spend as much time as possible and hope I will get a lot of help from all of you.
