This year, the Davidson Companies celebrated a winning year in Vegas style. We held our annual Awards Banquet at The St. Augustine Rod & Gun Club and had too much fun!
Davidson Property Management had awards for Mirtha Barzaga, Margherite Myers, and for the most tenants - Juana Husted.
Juana Husted and Mattie Zebendon received awards for being with the company 5 years!
Production awards were given to agents with $2 million or over in closings and/or sales:
Jennifer Todd over $2 M in closings
Jock Ochiltree over $2 M in closings and $2 M in sales
Michelle Gonzalez over $2 M in closings and $2 M in sales
Ana Speziale over $2 M in closings and $3 M in sales
Pauline Cake over $2 M in closings and $4 M in sales
Ted Tyndall over $3 M in closings and $3 M in sales
Mirtha Barzaga over $4 M in closings and $6 M in sales
Suzy Evans over $5 M in closings and $5 M in sales
Suzy Evans was also honored with Top Lister with over $3.8 million in listings sold. Dottie Lay walked away with 2 awards - Top Sales with over $6.4 million and Top Closer with over $5.3 million in closings. These women deserve it all!
Mirtha Barzaga was given the President's Award this year. Davidson Realty's President's Award is given to someone that not only produces for the company, but who participates and exemplifies what our company is about. Mirtha had an amazing year with over $4 million in closings and $6 million in sales.

After celebrating the awards the fun began! Each guest was given a bag of poker chips. Agents and staff were given the opportunity to earn additional chips throughout 2010 for going above and beyond, team building, educational activities, and participating in various Davidson events. Vegas style games (poker, black jack, craps and slot machines) provided a fun escape from the real estate world.
At the end of the night we cashed in our winnings and received raffle tickets. We gave away great prizes like $200 towards an agent's real estate dues, a 3G Kindle for a staff person, a manicure & pedicure, a car wash, restaurant gift cards, etc. We had an amazing time coming together and celebrating 2010 as a winning year for the Davidson Companies!
