Well, I do play bingo and visit the casino machines occassionally, however..... with the market the way it is I am nervous to even try to guess!  So since I am a challenging woman too -- so I think it will come in between $490 - 500K.  Just looking at the surrounding listings, the location and the unit itself.  But watch... it will be about $480K!

The problem I can foresee is that I will have a hard time justifying a lower price because it is in excellent condition and it is in prime location, but you know how buyers are.... they are looking for a bargain.  I can't blame them but since I am guessing.....
