It was originally listed for $359,000. It was priced very high for the area originally and that home just sat. If it was priced at market value at the time, it would have sold for higher than $320,000 and in a shorter period of time. This home was not a short sale or REO property.

The third home is located on E. Hoffman Avenue and sold for $320,000. The listing price was $339,000 and it was on the market for 99 days. It is a 6 bedroom High Ranch. It was not a short sale or REO property.
