WOW what a great place for the $!  IS there a view of the water since its' the 3rd floor?  How ya been?

Katrina- There's a tiny view of the water, but you can see the boardwalk over the roofs of the buildings in between, so that's mostly blocking the water view. But it's pretty cool to see the space needle and the slingshot ride. I've been good. We haven't seen you around much lately.

Lisa - wow these appear to be well priced - in Central Oregon this would buy you a 1992 single wide manufactured home on an acre :o)- view of trees - now get those buyers in the door

Great prices, Lisa.  Pool, beach?  And, of course, the races!

Thesa- Actually, I'm expecting a price reduction on the entire project. I'm just waiting on the phone call =)

Robert- No pool on these, but you can always take a dip in the ocean. And yep, the races are a big draw.
