A great subject and one that should get some mixed reaction. I for one happen to agree with the ordinance. Unless and until we can do voice Text messenging, I am opposed. To many people with a cell phone stuck in their ear. Cell phone should be limited to hande free or not used (buy the driver). I use bluetooth and it works very well as I can concentrate on the roads with both hands on the wheel. Much safer.
