How I Got To Be At The "Head" of the Class - In Craig's Classroom!!
By now Craig Daniels is a well known fixture in the Activerain community. His tutorials are great and many of us have benefited by them as evidenced by all the new AR "signatures" floating around in the rain. For those of you who don't yet know Craig, he's a limitless fountain of information and more than willing to share what he knows. "Craig's Classroom" has been doing a job teaching us more about the tools in the rain and how to tweak them to improve your image.
He's been awarding gold stars of his own, only he calls them Craig's Click's and he features three at a time. So far, they've been awarded for three different categories - signatures and headers with profiles to come.
I was lucky enough to get chosen as Craig's guinea pig for his lesson on blog theme's. When he reviewed some of his favorites for his gold star awards, I commented that I'd love one like that too and how do I get mine to look like his feature? Craig sent me an email asking if I wanted to be his case study and I jumped on it.
Besides being a limitless fountain of information and a social media guru, Craig is the nicest, most unassuming, helpful and modest guy. He's willing to share his knowledge and has a gift of making it all sound so simple. Furthermore he breaks everything down to workable parts that the technologically challenged (like me) have no problem understanding. And, just in case you do have trouble figuring some of it out, he's more than ready to help you "get it" and master it.
If you haven't read any of his blogs yet, you're missing out. You may not be lucky enough to get him to do a revamp of your header or footer, but you will learn how to get it done masterfully on your own. When he was finished with my header, my header looked so good that it made my footer look awful. Back I went to his "signature" tutorials and got to work creating a footer worthy of his header and, if I could do it, so can you. Besides, you've got Craig's Classroom to help you out!
