"A signature block (often abbreviated as signature, sig block, sig file, .sig, dot sig, siggy, or just sig) is a block of text automatically appended at the bottom of an e-mail message."
Massachusetts Realtor Darlene Sodano (GRI, CBR, e-PRO, SRES, LMC, RECS) does exactly that by having the following text appear at the bottom of every email she sends:
Each email Darlene sends includes a link to her social business card which then drives traffic to all of her social profiles. And you can take things a step further by adding a graphical signature like Tennessee Realtor Laurie Sheinkopf.
If you need help setting up your signature (no matter what email software you use) try searching YouTube where you'll find lots of videos showing you how to do it.
