Boy Scott, you have some nasty looking foreclosure pics...makes you feel like you need to go home and take a shower huh?
It IS a shame how some sellers are damaging these properties.
I have the pleasure of seeing some of the finest foreclsoures in the state. As one of my investors always boasts, the dirtier the home, the better the deal. The good thing is they are pricing them where they need to be and are being bought up as soon as they hit the market. Investors are breathing new life into them and improving neighborhoods be eliminating these eye sores.
