The Top Ten 4-Letter Words of Real Estate Blogging

When should you Blog? It varies for most, but I use the hours of 6-7am and or 10-12pm.  Post in the mornings and comment at night.  This way it doesn't interfere with my daily obligations and commitments.  You will have to decide when and how much time you want to put into it.  Here's my analogy.  If you practiced piano for 1/2 hour and only once each month, that's 12 practices a year totaling 6 hours of overall rehearsal.  Now if you practice for a 1/2 hour each day, within two weeks, you'll be better than the one who practiced all year!!  I see you're catching on. :-)  You'll find your way, just get started! Finish this post, read the links, then just go post.

Question.  Just wrote my first (active rain) post, but when I went to post it the only options were members, associates or draft; public wasn't an option.  Further I could only select one category.  Am I missing something?

Thanks in advance for the help.

This information is going to project me to new heights.  Of course, it is going to take me a few weeks to digest it all. I believe your informational blog contains the most comprehensive data put out so far; so for many of us that do not blog frequently,  there should be no more excuses. Thank you.

'Bless your heart'...that's what we Southerner's say...instead of the thank you's...I know that you did this one for me...especially since it's a year old. (I think)

With sooooo many folks blogging these days, how can you get through all the noise?  Are the top 100's butts as sore as mine from all this ... learning?

Debra - you are too sweet.. (That's what us westerners say) There is such a thing as the flat butt syndrome from excessive blogging, Wendy Cutrufelli has coined the phrase from just reading my blog, or so she claims.  I bet she'll get a google alert about this comment and be here soon to explain...   LOL~

Seriously though, thanks for your comment, it really does mean a lot to me.
