Maricopa is growing by leaps and bounds. Why? Well, its relatively close to employement centers in the Valley (Chandler/Tempe/Gilbert/Ahwatukee) and is comparably quite affordable. Ever take highway 347 into Maricopa? What's the 1st subdivision you see (on your right)? Yup, Cobblestone Farms (sure, one could argue that Rancho El Dorado is spotted first on the left....splitting hairs!). In addition, Cobblestone Farms is built by Fulton homes - one of the most respected builders in the valley.
But what about the subdivision itself, you may be wondering? It has greenbelts, parks, lakes. It is well manicured. Appearances suggest it might be a bit of suburban heaven.

Well, homes in this subdivision can range any where from about 1300 square feet upwards to around 4000 square feet - quite the range suitable for just about anybody!
