It's going to be a good year, I can feel it! I have written 4 listings this week form 500k to 4.7 mil. And the buyers are calling! Got 3 buyer referrals +3 internet leads. I'm feeling very good about where things are going. How about you?

We are seeing some increased activity, but more so with buyers looking at and buying the foreclosures. There are a lot of buyers that were locked out of the market in recent years, they are getting back in now...I think that is great!
