It's Au Revoir to Americas first (and best) physical fitness guru. He brought exercise into our living rooms in the 1960's, and made us aware of how important it is to take care of ourselves. He has passed away at age 96. While it has nothing to do with real estate, per se, how we look and feel is important in our line of work with the public.
If you've never heard of Jack, google his name and you will be amazed at his accomplishments. He once said that dying young would be bad for his image. He was 92 at the time. In addition, he had a wry sense of humor that made the exercising more fun because there was no way you could keep up with him. "Now don't try this at home," he would admonish the TV audience as he did one handed, finger tip push ups. We didn't seem to have the childhood obesity problems back then, perhaps they will put him back on reruns.
