Log in daily, read and comment daily and write a blog as often as you can. The commenting back and forth will help you build relationships and readers. Dave, I use Scribefire (in Firefox) to type my blog. Then I drag it into the Active Rain blog writer in WYSIWYG. Then I use the WYSIWYG format for inserting pictures. If I need to insert a video, I will first save to draft, then switch to HTML. If you switch back to WYSIWYG after inserting a video link, you will lose the link.

Donna, I learned to insert pictures first. That seemed like a challenge. Later, I learned how to use the "appearance" tabs to make them look better.
