Making the Investment, Make Money!

Over the last few months, I've been following the market trends of many strong investment areas.  These areas vary from single family home communities to condo and town home complexes.  I have watched investors perform a variety of interesting business moves with their investments but one thing I am noticing is ROI (return on investment). 

This acronym is an investors best friend, who wants to buy something and lose money.  Isn't that what just happened during the crazy years of 2006-2008. I am now watching and helping investors make a ROI that is better than any bank account and more stable than the stock market.  This is not a prediction or a promise its hard facts on what the numbers are doing for investors here in Orlando.  Yes you need to know and understand the markets, do your research and when the opportunity becomes available, jump on it!  

Depending on your goals with your properties ROIs are coming in on condos and town home rentals between the $200 and $500 mark monthly and the fix and flips between the $10,000 and $30,000 range.  Keep in mind this does not take into consideration that the strong areas are seeing prices rise and equity being added.  So long term, the investment can make money in a couple of ways!  

Is there a risk in this investment, of course, but with any risk there is always a reward.  And believe me the last thing I want is an investor to not see the ROI they wanted.  I don't predict, I just provide the hard data, do the research and show you what the market actually is doing.

So if you interested in investing in Sunny Florida, put down the paper, turn off the TV and call your Realtor!
