You Don't Expect Me To Believe That Picture's For Real!

Late last week I posted an ad on Craigslist that had one of our listings in it. I had posted this property before, but this time I thought including this picture would entice more leads to call:

One of our callers said, "You don't expect me to believe that picture's for real, do you?"

Brenda handled it very well. She said it is indeed for real, she took the picture herself, and would be glad to show it to him. The caller admitted that he was only looking to pay cash for a modular home. Never one to be daunted, she said she would be glad to help and did he know of anyone who was thinking of buying or selling a home?

It does look like a mini-resort, and maybe when spring gets closer we'll find an interested buyer who believes that the picture is real! =)
