What a joy to be rewarded with a special gift at closing. I did what was expected of me, got the unit sold, in a timely manner at a good price. Received my commission, smiles and thank yous all around, buyers and sellers. Smooth closing, only 55 minutes. Then my client hands me a gift card for dinner for my wife and I at a local restaurant. Now this is what makes my job so good. People who appreciate their employees. Thank you Mrs. Client.

It is opposite on our side. At the end of the day, we give presents to clients. I think we need to switch the table sides.
This recently happened to my wife and she was so elated...It is a nice touch from a client. The forethought is what matters.

Kenneth... Doesn't that make the soul feel loved? Congratulations on a job well done. It is not often this happens (any kind of gift from a client) but when it does it makes your day.
