Tuesday Bargain Alert!
$1 Tuesday Ice Cream Scoop Night at Participating Baskin-Robbins Stores
By Michelle Carr-Crowe, ABR, CDPE, SRES Cupertino Saratoga San Jose Lynbrook Homes Expert
Need a quick pick-me-up? A reward for a favorite student? Just a little inexpensive "me" time?
Then consider Tuesday's bargain alert: the weekly $1 Ice Cream Scoop Night at participating Baskin-Robbins Stores.
You can get a $1 kid-sized scoop of ice cream every Tuesday night at participating Baskin Robbins stores. That's a cheap treat, considering it is a 2.5 ounce scoop that normally sells for about $2. Some stores will give you an adult sized scoop (usually about $2.50) for $1.
To get the discount, just visit any participating Baskin Robbins between 6pm and 10pm on Tuesdays.
The good news is two-fold:
•1) You don't have to be a kid to get the deal
•2) $1 scoop nights are a weekly Baskin Robbins feature.
To find out if your local Baskin Robbins is participating call them. Stores are listed here. But remember to call first! Just because a store is listed as participating, management may have changed policies.
From a personal standpoint, I've found the Baskin-Robbins at the Rinconada Center on Pollard Road in Los Gatos has participated regularly in this program for years.
Hint: most participating stores prominently display posters advertising $1 Tuesday Scoop Night.
