Finally the news is beginning to be positive regarding the real estate market. The other good news is the "Press" is beginning to write about it. Yes, the "Press", those folks who love to highlight the doom and gloom of everyday life can no longer keep the negitive day after day headlines about real estate .
Just a week ago I wrote a short Blog suggesting that when Realtors begin buying properties, the market has hit the bottom and is turning into positive territory. Well they are buying!
In my local newspaper Friday, there was an article, "Home sales rise by 38% over the previous month". Also included in that report..... prices increased 7.8%. Now this was only sales over the prior month but, nevertheless, excellent news. This certainly reduces stacked up inventory and makes room for new.
