Trying to find a great value in the Plant High School District?  You're in luck!  Prices for some of Tampa's most desireable neighborhoods have not been this low in quite some time.

First off, lets define the Plant High School District by primary and secondary schools that lie within Plant High School's boundary.  The primary and secondary schools that place you in Plant High's current 2010-2011 boundary include Gorrie, Roosevelt, Mitchell and Dale Mabry Elementary as well as Wilson and Coleman Middle Schools.  Some of these schools current boundaries may straddle other high schools' boundaries, and of course, they are subject to change from year to year at the school board's determination.

Below is the 2010-2011 Plant High School Boundary Map.  It not only displays the perimeter of the district but serves as a link to recent homes for sale in the Plant High District, simply click on it to reveal available homes.  Play around with the linked site and you can see other properties by clicking "New Search" once you arrive at the link to my website.

Prices within the shaded area of the map have, like most areas in Florida, seen quite a bit of correction since early 2008.  Included in this area are some of Tampa's most sought neighborhoods: Davis Islands, Harbour Island, Palma Ceia, Beach Park, Sunset Park, Virginia Park, Bayshore Beautiful, Culbreath Isles, Parkland Estates and Hyde Park among them.

These neighborhoods feature elegant, early 20th Century estates, bungalow-style homes, Spanish-style architecture as well as at least 1 Frank Lloyd Wright inspired home creating an abundance in style as well as diversity in character.  Also prominently featured in these South Tampa neighborhoods are local restaurants and shops as well as Oak-lined streets creating natural settings for pedestrian traffic and that "get-to-know-your-neighbor" atmosphere that friendly South Tampa is known for.
