A few weeks ago I was reminded why I love getting up everyday and going to work. The Schuman Team at Washington Fine Properties (aka Marsha Schuman and I) had back to back buyer presentations early on a cold, Sunday morning. We met two fantastic families. Each family shared their special story with us. We learned how long they have been in the Washington area, their goals in finding a house, their financial position, their wish lists and timelines. We also had the opportunity to share our story, our experience in real estate and what sets us apart from our competition. We had such a good time it didn't feel like work.
Real estate is such a gift. You get the opportunity to advise Buyers & Sellers about one of the biggest decisions they will ever make. It's an uncertain time for many and they put their trust, hope and money in choosing the right agent to guide them through the real estate process. When your ready to choose a real estate expert, make sure you choose a team that loves what they do! They need to have the experience and savvy to support their business, but don't underestimate a happy, enthusiastic, hard-working agent!
