Chrissy Doremus has provided a short video that shows a radon mitigation system. In Maryland, many home buyers include radon testing as part of the home inspection process. Radon issues can be solved with appropriate venting.

Good re-blog Roy...I had to have one put in my condo especially as my office is in the lower level....mine runs up through the attached garage and out....condo rule says no to outside pipe up the side...

Good Morning Ray, Here in Florida we have to tell everyone about radon, but I have never hear anyone finding it in this area. Buyers are all ways asking me how would they get rid of it if they have it. It is going to be nice to kinda now what I am talking about. Thanks for sharing the video
