Sandy
Melbourne Florida has great inventory of affordable homes.
Good luck and success.

Sandy,
The price between 500,000 and under a million seems to be the slowest. It is good to know. I wonder if the rest of the nation follows this trend. As always thanks for the info. Has business picked up in your area. We seem to have a more confident buyer these days.
Hi Lou, We've certainly got some affordably priced houses here in Brevard. And the lower priced ones are getting scooped right up.
Hey Yolanda, Sounds like business has been good to you, That's great news for the start of the new year. Homes priced between $500,000 and $1,000,000 are not currently moving quickly. We had previously heard that may be the next segment of the market that gets hit with foreclosures. We have been busy here, also.
I gotta retire down there. The prices are great and I know a fantastic agent =)
Hi Paul, How's the weather there? I bet it's awfully cold. I hope you are staying warm near a nice toasty fireplace. Florida's a great place to be, it's about 70 degrees and sunny today. Buyers ae scooping up the deals down here. Head on down, and let's find you and the family a Winter home.
