Vacant Properties

What do I do with property that I am not using?   Is that a question you have ever asked yourself?  You may have inherited a property that is of no use to you or you may have a vacation home that you just can't seem to find the time to enjoy.  Maybe you know someone who owns a property that they just don't pay any attention to anymore.  That property costs money every year in property taxes.  Did you know that vacant property could put cash in your pocket?  If the property is in the right location, there are people who are interested in purchasing it for cash right now (it could be me).  Do you realize that if you house is owned in your name and someone enters and gets hurt you could be held liable (I hope you have an excellent attorney)?  The case looks even worse for you if you have not been taking care of the property and there are safety violations according to your local building code.

A visit to your local house of insurance to find out about home owners insurance costs may be on the list of things to do.  It can be very difficult to find insurance for vacant houses.  Why not give me a call or visit my web site www.jstre.com to find out how I can help you turn a huge liability into some money in your pocket?  Then you could take a vacation to some place tropical where the sun is shining and there is no snow.  Maybe you could purchase that new car you have been thinking about.  Either way this is money tat could be potentially working for you instead of working against you.  Whatever your reason, now is the time to get rid of that dead wood and put the money to good use.

Ed, Im not sure I undersand the question.  I guess you are asking about my marketing.  I send out postcards and another great technique is to ask the neighbors.  I hope that helps.
