  • Fireplace
  • Kitchen Amenities
  • Dining Preferences
  • Den, Office or Study
  • Laundry Preferences
  • Flooring Options

Also consider:

  • How much renovating are you willing to do?
  • Does your home need to accommodate any special needs?
