With his command of BASIC and a fully functioning Commodore 64, I have no doubt he could work wonders.

Oh my.....very high tech!    LOL    and people wonder why so many new businesses fail!   KInd of like the flyers I see with a printout of the MLS and a big line a cross saying Price Reduced!!!  Just not professional at all!   grrr

The guy looking for SEO work, should try marketing his services on the Internet I understand that is a good way to reach your clients?

We laugh but at least s/he doesn't call us to ask us if we want to be number one on Google LOL

I am always amazed how I see tons of signs like that one day after day, but if an agent puts up an open house direction sign on a street corner, the city code enforcement folks manage to have it picked up withing minutes after the agent drives away.
