Clients who live out of state with small children and are moving to your area really need extra help since schools play a big part in the decision they make when finding a home.  I have small children and I know there are so many school options out there to make but again its always great to hear the gossip or the scoop from local parents.

I try and suggest to my clients to view a wonderful website called Great Schools and look at the schools that show up that surround the property you are looking at to rent  or purchase. In know way would I ever steer them to a school and then they are unhappy with it but I like to give them a few options to look at so when they move they are not lost !

What do you do with clients that are from Out of State -  Any special suggestions or things you make sure you leave for them so they know some of the local businesses or things to look for !
