Friday Morning Coffee Club

I love my RE/MAX office and the vision that my brokers Alison and Phil have in providing us with the best work environment and all of the tools we need to to successful.

Friday Morning Coffee Club It's such a joy to be associated with my fellow agents and the superb administrative staff that is always there to assist us. Our office is a "family" in every sense of the word.....It doesn't matter if you're a brand new associate or a seasoned agent, everyone is willing to answer any questions or in providing a helping hand whether it be professionally or personally.

Alison and Phil are always coming up with innovative ways to motivate and challenge all of us to be the best we can in becoming more successful and productive agents.

So I was really excited when it was announced that our office would be starting a Friday Morning Coffee Club. The concept behind our first coffee club is the selection of a book for us to read and then to get together at a local coffee shop for a lively discussion about what we learned from it.

Time Traps by Todd Duncan

The Pick of the Month for February is Time Traps written by Todd Duncan renowned best selling author, motivational speaker and sales trainer. This book was wrtiten to help busy sales professionals balance and use their time more effectiively to get the most out and each day to become more productive and financially successful.

My copy of the book arrived today! I can't wait to start reading it and share my thoughts with everyone when we meet for our first get together February 18th on how we can all best apply the principles of this book in our day to day lives and business.

If you've read this book I'd love to hear your thoughts about the difference it's made in your life and business. If you haven't, it would be great fun if you could join me in reading it and maybe holding our own "virtual coffee club."

Donna - My office has 85 agents, so maybe it's a bit big for the family type feeling, but we do all help each other. I love the coffee club idea. You really must work in a wonderful office. I will try to find the book at the library, but I'm not buying any new books right now. I hope you share your thoughts on the book with us in any case.

Gail - That is a big office. We have about 20 agents right now but are looking to expand further. Will definitely share my thoughts on the book once I'm done reading it. :)
