When is someone going to list this foreclosure in Tallapoosa, GA

When is someone going to list this foreclosure in Tallapoosa, GA? It has been vacant for two years now, and the poor house is falling apart. At one time is was worth about $100,000...now, maybe it will bring $49,900. I have a cash buyer ready to go, but the original foreclosing bank said nothing can be done until it is listed with a real estate agent. I regularly send out emails to our mls agents asking if anyone has it coming up on their foreclosure list, but the answer is always no. I know with all the first and second mortgages, and all the packaging and repackaging of loans, that the ownership of assets can be hard to determine. I guess that's what has happened to this little house. How very sad... Any helpful hints on possible ways to find the status of this house? Thanks
