Paying it Forward Techie Style...
Melissa's blog made me think of my own way of paying it forward via the Internet. I regularly help agents out all over with referral networks, social media, or anything they may have a question about. I routinely mentor my own agents of course but then also help agents not associated with my firm also. Of course the last time I did that she decided to join us. Granted that was not my objective it did work out nicely. So you never know what the outcome will be.
Paying it forward techie style...
We have been learning and implementing ton of new things at our office. Now just because I say “new” that doesn't necessarily mean NEW to the world but new to us!!
We had a social media class this week and the information was flowing out the doors and so many of us were overwhelmed with so much to think about!
There were a number of the things that I had tackled already and some not.... But I have just about finished up all that I wanted to implement from that class. So over the last couple of days I have been trying to help out where I can with Twitter, Facebook, Active Rain.....
One of my fellow REALTORS® was having some difficulties with one for the new programs that we are testing out for Keller Williams so I sat with him to help him with his part of the transaction. The great part about this relationship is that I know when I need something he will be there for me!
I really love to share with others this way because it is what I can do well!! It is so great that we are all not good at the same things so that everything is well balanced to keep things running smoothly!
Did I mention that I love my office?!?!?
