A Iranian book detailing the life's, and deaths, of suicide bombers, including their last messages to the world and their families, has been found in the Arizona desert just north of the Mexican border. The book was found in an area used by those illegally entering the U.S. While concerned Homeland Security is stating that they know of no credible threat.
While Janet Napolitano is stating that our borders are more secure than ever, we hear little about DHS's concerns with the apparent increase of what they label as OTM's, or those illegal immigrants who are "Other Than Mexican" entering the U.s. Specifically, those from the middle east with associations to terrorists groups such as Al Queda. In 2006 over 100,000 were apprehended and in 2005 over 165000. DHS knows that there are many coming from the middle east changing there names to something Hispanic and learning Spanish.
This book is not the first item of middle east origin found in the Arizona desert. Other items include currency, a jacket with an airplane crashing into the WTC and other items.
But remember, the "virtual wall" has been stopped, our borders are supposedly more secure than ever. But of course, there are stretches of the Arizona desert where there are signs up warning U.S. citizens to keep out because of drug and people smuggling and other illegal activities coming over the border.
