Don't Forget - Valentine's Day is Just Around the Corner!
If you are like most people, you say "I love you" often to your significant other, your parents, your children and even to your best friends. Yet, Valentine's Day, is a special time of the year to send flowers, candy or a special note to those who are so dear and close to our hearts! (Realtor's what a great way to let your special clients know how much you appreicate them or to say "Thank you" for a referral!)
Valentine's Day falls on a Monday this year. While we (personally speaking) love to receive flowers ON Valentine's Day, it's hard to walk off and leave our beautiful flowers; especially the aroma! Doesn't matter if we get a bouquet at the office (we leave them behind in the evening) or at home (we go off to work all day and leave them behind at home).
Ever think about having your Valentine Bouquet delivered at the onset of a "Romantic Valentine's Weekend?" That way, your loved one can enjoy them all weekend before having to return to work on Monday....what a great idea!
One of our local florist's, Lafayette Florist, is offering a 50% delivery discount if you choose to have your Valentine flowers delivered on either Saturday the 12th or on Sunday the 13th of February. Of course, they'll still give you great delivery service if you choose to have your flowers delivered on Monday the 14th (just no discount on the delivery).
