After starting the first real estate blog in Vermont, way back in 2005 after a Seven Days seminar on the subject, I have landed here on Active Rain! I'm psyched! I've been a member for years, follow the posts everyday, and last year started off my January with a day in NYC at one of the early 'RainCamps'.

We've taken our own beating, albeit a very mild one compared to so many other places in the country, but since all real estate is local, we have our issues. I've made transition after transition these past few years, implemented all new systems to keep pace with technology (and continue to) and can offer advice and stories about the trials and tribulations of a faily tech savvy 55 year old realtor and entrepeneur.
