Just a little under two weeks ago I listed a condominium at Mission Greens. Behind the Mission Greens community is the Riverwalk Golf Course, the San Diego Trolley, and an open field. The condominium is vacant so I go by every third day or so to check on things and make sure that nothing has happened — plumbing leaks, broken windows, etc. Yesterday an agent called to tell me that she was faxing over an offer on the condominium, so today I went by to check on it. Sometime between this past Tuesday and today, here is what happened to the open field: If you're looking for a great real estate agent in San Diego, well, I'm available 24/7, so feel free to contact me by phone or email. Is it karma when flowers bloom
at the same time a purchase offer is received?
I don't know what kind of flowers these are, and my other half who does is still at his afternoon inspection, but I think they are some kind of daisy. Since yellow is my favorite color, I couldn't resist walking out into the field to take some pictures:

So much prettier than a field of white stuff, Jim, and congrats on the offer.
Wow! Those are gorgeous! I love the striped ones -- have never seen any like that before!
Jim, All those flowers are beautiful. And they are the perfect reminder that spring will be here someday. Thanks for the great photos.
It's your energy and vibration Jim! You know how to make things rock - and bloom!
Hello Jim, not sure if it's karma or just plain old luck ---- of course, everyone outside California is wondering how you find all those great photo opportunities underneath the blanket of snow!
Hi Jim,
I don't know about Karma but those flowers sure are beautiful. Maybe they bloomed first and swayed the buyer.

Jim, The close-up photos are truly amazing...sure lets say everything was blooming in the right direction for you and the homeowner!
Now that's good vibrant karma blossoming all over the place! I think you're generating it somewhere from within....alright where do you hide it?
The flowers are gorgeous and yes if you believe it's karma it is. Congratulations on the offer.
Jim, congratulations on the offer, hopefully, it has become an executed contract by now. I'd take the flowers as a good sign! :-)
They kind of look like zinnias and daisies mixed together, don't they? Beautiful. One of my co-workers today exclaimed on Facebook that as her contract was being signed, the sun came out. And trust me, it's been a LONG time since we've seen the sun here in Kentucky. I'd take it as a good sign too!
