In For a Ride, Short Sale Style
Well today I won a new listing, but it isn’t going to be pretty. It is a short sale and the two people on title are separated, but never married. The home is a decent one in a decent location, but you know how fun short sales can be!
Luckily the “other” person on title doesn’t care too much about the property as they have left the situation and hope I can help them salvage some of their credit but, doesn’t seem to overly care. At least for me they are cooperative and have delivered the paper work required by the lender in order to do the short sale.
