I would like to introduce you to Chris Potter. He is a local Realtor located in Phoenix, Arizona. He has a passion for Phoenix Fix and Flip houses. The first meeting went great. I was able to meet his other partners in this venture. I like meeting all parties so I obtain a good feeling when working with real estate investors. Why me? Scott informed me that I have a proven system in place in which he would like to learn over a period of time. It is better to learn from someone else so that I avoid making dumb mistakes that could COST ME in the long run. PERFECT!

Chris purchased his first property from the Arizona Trustee Sale in the Fall of 2010. This was after putting in several bids over a three week period. Yes, it does take work because one has to drive the properties on a daily basis. The hardest thing to do is to stay true to ones bid and not go over it. We still have to make a PROFIT. The home was located in Scottsdale, Arizona. The home will look perfect once it is finished.

He was able to complete the home with the assistance from my General Tractor. Chris successfully sold his first Phoenix Fix and Flip House on December 29th, 2010 right before the end of year.
Chris purchased his second home from the Arizona Trustee Sale. He his holding cashier checks to purchase the property that day. He is on his way to becoming a successful Phoenix Fix and Flip A House real estate investor. Another successful student trained with the assistance of the Real Estate and Beyond Team.
