Wow, 100 wineries is a lot.  What types of grapes grow there?  In the south Willamette Valley of Oregon we're known for our pinot noir and pinot gris.  Wineries are a fun and relaxing way to spend a sunny afternoon.  We have many wineries near us.

Rick, thanks, Mostly Muscadine and Merlot. The soil is perfect for the Muscadine grape. Yes Oregon and Washington are close in the running for excellent wine locations. That whole West coast I presume!

Thanks for coming by!

David, I'm not familiar with muscadine grapes.  Looks likes I have another wine vvarietal to try.
