I've worked with lots of builders who do just that; build homes. They try to turn a litlle profit and move on. Of course ther's nothing wrong with that, luckily for me I'm currently working with a builder who has put both his inspiration and perspiration into one of my current listings.

For years Evan Davis worked for other builders as an electrician, seeing what worked and what didn't. At 3255  W Bluffview sitting high above the River Cut Golf Course in Springfield, Missouri is an example of his years of accumulating ideas before sitting out as a builder on his own. Still, after many visits to this property, I get a sense of wonder of what can happen when done right. WOW.... that looks like great custom home..... as a former electrician, did he go the "extra mile" with great lighting, high-end receptacles, on-off switches/with programming...... is the house programmable?  Did he put in entertainment wiring (surround sound)?  Just curious..... also, is it a "builiding lot" or larger?  I don't see any solar....  but I LOVE the massive dark trim..... that house is ready for some interior paint color and staging...

He did put in surround sound, amazing light fixtures, and it is on a building lot. The wood is 100 year old reclaimed barn wood used throughout the home and on the island.
