Work is to begin on the new Prescott Valley Comfort Suites Hotel in October. The Prescott Valley Town Council approved the final development plan for a four story 100-suite Comfort Suites Hotel. This Hotel will be built on 2.59 acres on Market Street, across from Liberty Kia. This site is part of the 81.73 acre Glassford regional Shopping Center.
