Yesterday's Open House at 12291 Tilney Ct was amazing. The open house was short only 1pm to 3 pm. We had seven visitors through home. It was a very busy two hours. Lots of questions, lots of interest. Four  of the visitorscame to see the home from seeing the home on the Internet. One from Redfin, one from Criagslist, another from FranklyMLS and another from Realtor.com. What I loved about yesterdays open house. was that the folks who came to see the home, really like older homes with good bones. And that is how I am marketing 12291 Tilney Ct, in Westridge Subdivision. The buyer for this home is someone who is wants a stately home with side load garage that offers amazing street appeal in an established neighborhood. They want a home that offers plenty of privacy of woods and nature,yet  have neighbors nearby. They want a lot big enough to be able to add a pool, or a third car garage. It was a good day!
