937 NEW HOMES, ONE LOUDOUN - WORLD TRADE CENTER IN 2011 (ASHBURN, LOUDOUN COUNTY VA)
The Spring of 2011 is the launch of 937 new homes being built within the new One Loudoun - World Trade Center Dulles Airport Complex, being erected in Loudoun County VA.
This is one of the first and largest International Joint Venture Projects ever conceptualized involving Japanese developer SEKISUI HOUSE, LTD and DC-builder/developer, Miller & Smith. One Loudoun is located at the southwest corner of Route 7 and the Loudoun County Parkway.
Once complete, One Loudoun will offer 3 million square feet of office space, 700,000 square feet of retail with fine dining and shopping, two luxury hotels, a grocery store, and a movie theater.
One Loudoun plans to host Morton's, P.F. Chang's, Maggiano's, and McCormick & Schmick's filling the long-standing void of local dining options in Eastern Loudoun County.
The residential area will offer a variety of housing styles constructed by a number of builders all nestled around a central park setting, walking trails, a town center and other public and civic spaces. The development will also be home to the already opened Steuart W. Weller Elementary School, a planned outdoor amphitheater, a sportsplex with multi-purpose fields for all Loudoun County residents to use, and a recreation center with a pool and tennis courts.
One Loudoun, and more importantly Loudoun County, is excited to be the home of the World Trade Center Dulles Airport, which is projected to generate up to 14,000 new jobs and serve as a powerful economic development engine by promoting both international trade and domestic investment around the world. 
To alleviate traffic concerns, to date, One Loudoun - World Trade Center Dulles Airport in Loudoun County,VA has contributed $30 Million towards infrastructure including the construction of the Route 7 and Loudoun County Parkway interchange, as well as the eastward extension of Russell Branch Parkway to Loudoun County Parkway.
