Donna CHFA is still at 4.125% this week.  I don't know for how much longer it will stay that low.  First Time Homebuyers should really be thinking about taking advantage of this while the can, and Branford is a great town to live in.

Donna.  Why not add TownHomes or Town Houses to your titles.  These may be condo owned, but they are townhome styles and many buyer will respond to "town house" or "town home" before they will the word "condo".

Donna, there's something for everyone in that assemblage, and with CHFA rates still low it's a great opportunity for first time buyers to get into a home.

George - Absolutely....We've been lucky that CHFA is still that low and is such a wonderful financing option for first time home buyers.

Jeff - Let's hope the buyers that are out there don't miss out...who knows when this chance will come by again.

Hannah - Thank you!  I love first time home buyers and and hope they'll take advantage of this great opportunity.

Lenn - Great idea!   Thanks!  Buyers up here tend to use the word condo in their online searches rather than townhomes or townhouses but I will definitely make the change to see if it increases the response.

Ed - That's what so great about Branford.  It has a complex to fit any budget.
