We have an option period in Texas. Just went to a class recently having to do with changes in our contracts that must be used by March 1.
Hello Stan. Believe me, it is INTERESTING and very different! According to my 2011 Real Estate Update Course instructor, more than 30 states already have some sort of Due Diligence Contract.
How long has Texas had an option period Christopher?
