Buyers are looking for a turn-key property. What does this mean? This is a house or property turned over to a buyer ready to move in. Think if all you had to do was turn the key and move in your furniture. There is extreme value in your home being prepared in this manner. A professional stager should be consulted before any property is listed to ensure that it is prepared in the best possible way. There is immense value in an objective third party visiting the house who understands what buyers want to see.
Presentation - After the home is prepared, the presentation is what will ultimately sell your buyer. Stagers create a lifestyle that buyers can experience when they walk through the door. An empty house, even if prepared and priced well, is never the best way to showcase a property. Home Staging simply cannot be overlooked in this competitive market.
