Hello Brenda, I was born and raised in the south and do not know to much about the cold and the snow. But I think this will be fun so I am going to guess. How Feb 14.

Brenda, Since I went to school in Laramie, I think it will be way after Feb. But you never know, if you get Chinook winds it could be anytime. But I will guess April 20.
I can tell you that if that basketball were on my roof, it would be mid-April. But I've got 3 feet of snow up there now... So I'll go with March 20 for you!
Hi Gary and Tim- I was hoping it would be sooner since it was so nice yesterday! (40 degrees) but looks like we are in for a cold front so I'm afraid it could be stuck up there until March or April. Boo Hoo....
Hi Brenda - Are you sure that basket ball will roll off and not shatter after being so cold for so long? I have lived in the snow and lived in the rain. Prefer the rain as it does not have to be shoveled. Thanks for the blog and the picture.

Hi Brenda, I really wouldn't know, but when I lived in Massachusetts, snow stayed around until well into March and April. I guess there's a kid in the neighborhood who really is looking forward to getting his ball back!
