I had a guy call me the other week. He has his condo on the market and wanted me to come over to look at it hoping that I might have a possible buyer.
He went on and on about how great it was but a lot of people do that and many times their home is way overpriced. But when I saw this 2700 square foot condo within a block of Lenox Mall and the train station, all I could say was WOW!!!

This is a great unit for someone who wants a lot of space and wants to be in the heart of Buckhead. It doesn't have a spectacular city skyline view but it does have a nice view of some buildings around the Lenox Mall area. It's the perfect spot to watch the fireworks on the Fourth of July.
It has a nice pool and fitness center. The monthly HOA fees are low because there's no concierge. It's a complex with about 50 units and all are occupied. Only a few are rentals.
