I opened our Sunday paper today to check on my Open House ad and on page 1 of our Business Section it claimed " Zillow boosts County" ! It's always great to be greeted with good news . According to the highly popular consumer site Lancaster County has made Zillow's Top 10 list of best places to buy a home in 2011 ! Zillow weighed 4 factors in it's decision process; affordability,unemployment,foreclosures, and price appreciation. Lancaster County,PA came in 7th out of 125 metropolitan areas surveyed. The runaway winner was Utica,NY and state neighbor Pittsburgh,PA was 4th. Make sure you save your Sunday paper so you can show prospective buyers just how viable Lancaster real Estate Values are !
