This has always been one of those photos that I have always wanted to re.shoot While visiting the Book Loft in the German Village, Columbus Ohio, we took the opportunity to stroll the streets and look at some of the architecture in the area. Armed with my camera and always looking for opportunities, I took several shots of the steeple but could never seem to get the clouds and the light exactly the way I wanted. No matter how many times I shouted or waved my arms.
As this is a family affair, it's always good to ply them with drink(Smoothies for everyone!) to ensure their patience as I stop randomly to take yet another photo or wander into the street for a better shot. This will only take me so far. Soon I am once again cautioned about the lack of need of one more candid shot of Lisa or Michael. Apparently, we have enough. (Enough photos? I think not.
So really, I'm sharing today to encourage myself to go out and get the shot the way I want. Nothing like a little pressure to add motivation. Now all I need is the clouds of winter to clear and the sunshine of spring time to re-appear!
