Speechless Sunday - Terracina Estates in Loomis, CA 95650
Hi Bob and Leilani, That picture is just what I needed. Thanks for letting me see green somewhere today!
Beautiful picture Leilani! I don't get to see many of the Loomis neighborhoods.
Thank you, Bruce! My vote would be to look forward to an early Spring...it's better than backtracking! :)
Leilani
Anita, living in Terracina would really be wonderful! Even the neighborhood video tour I did doesn't do it justice because it doesn't take you inside the homes and in the backyards. :)
Leilani
Rebecca, thanks for mentioning that...you've just given me inspiration to use this photo in my online marketing! :)
Leilani
You're welcome, Chris! I'm glad you enjoyed my photo and I'm happy to share the "green"! :)
Leilani
Thank you, DeeDee! I think many people (who live outside of Placer county) don't think of Loomis as "upscale" as its well-known neighbor, Granite Bay...but I tell people of the many "hidden jewels" the town has, like Terracina! :)

What a beautiful picture Leilani --- THANKS for sharing! Sure looks good when there are leaves!
Good morning, Leilani. Beautiful photograph. Looks like a wonderful place to have a picnic! Cool video tour, too.
You're welcome, Joan...and not only do I like leaves, but I also LOVE the reflection on the water! :)
Leilani
Bill, thanks for watching the video tour! It would be a wonderful place for a picnic...for residents and lot owners of Terracina and their guests only, though, since they are the ones paying $295 per month to maintain the site. There are plenty of other beautiful picnic spots in the area that are for public use. :)

Leilani, a fantastic photo of Terracina Estates...I watched the video and the area is very large with estate homes starting at 4,000 sq ft....not tooo shabby!
Leilani - looks like a great place to pack a picnic basket, bring a frisbee and enjoy!!! The homes due justice to their surroundings.
Thanks for watching my video, Mickey! The homes at Terracina Estates are really quite beautiful...and definitely "not too shabby!" :)
Leilani
Juli, it would be a great place for Terracina lot and homeowners to have a picnic...although I don't think it's quite big enough for a frisbee! (Note: see comment #16 for more info.) :)
Leilani
It's definitely beautiful, Christine...and although I don't live there, I imagine it would be serene, too. :)

That picture makes me want to just go outside, walk down the road ½ mile, and just sit by the lake and feed the ducks.
Russel, I hope you put that on your agenda for today...or perhaps sometime this weekend! :)
