I hope all of you have taken time to check out what LOWE'S Realtor Benefits can do for you and your clients. Sign up and have the free DVD sent to yourself so you can see what is being sent out. Great Magazine and coupons available to be sent to your clients. The daily newsletter has many useful articles that you can implement in to your sales presentation or scripts. This was passed on to me by one of my colleagues and many of us who use it have found it another way to initiate a call to a client to see if they have received anything and would like more real estate information.

The website is lowesrealtorbenefits.com. It is a very useful tool...one that I have used religiously for the last 2 to 3 years. Initially, Lowes will send your clients a 10% off coupon good on any purchase no matter how large or small. They will continue to send them information on home renovations, projects, etc. and your name and contact information is all over it....free of charge. I use this in addition to my personal marketing program and it keeps my name in front of my buyers and sellers for a very long time. I highly recommend it!

I love this and have used it since they first started doing it. Clients love it, too! It's in addition to the regular contact I do personally, of course, but it's something they really use. Especially buyers who've just moved into a home - they save up all the things they think they'll need from Lowe's to make their new house "theirs" and go on a big shopping trip right after closing.
